Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

• Exchanges are not accepted for discounted/sale items or accessories.

• If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, NS Closet will cover the exchange shipping cost.

• For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.
